4. Copyright Infringement & Legal Action

BTGenZ actively monitors the unauthorized distribution of its premium content. Any unauthorized distribution, file sharing, and reselling (or attempting to resell) of our digital products without explicit permission is an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings under applicable laws, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and claiming damages, against any parties involved in intellectual property theft or piracy.
